01. Customer Complaints / Goods Return Policy:

Upon receiving the product(s) purchased from our e-commerce site, it is imperative that you inspect them physically in the presence of the delivery rider. Should any issues arise with the product(s), they must be promptly communicated to the rider and reported to the relevant merchant for further action.

To ensure proper follow-up, we kindly request you to log a complaint using one of the following contact numbers and obtain a unique ID number for your complaint:

Please note that any complaints received thereafter will not be accepted.

02. Conditions for Consideration of Complaints:

Personal Care & Color Cosmetics:

  • Pack/Product damage
  • Acceptance of formulation change in cases where the appearance has significantly altered or there is an unpleasant odor
  • Exchange eligibility within three (3) days of receiving the product(s) in special cases Insufficient product shelf life/short expiry
  • Allergic reactions (Terms & Conditions apply)
  • Exchange for another product(s)/brand within three (3) days of receiving in cases of change of mind; however, goods must be returned in a resalable condition with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for goods not meeting this condition.

03. Terms & Conditions for Allergic Reactions:

We understand that certain products may not be suitable for all skin types. Therefore, we urge you to carefully consider your skin's nature and consult with one of our agents accordingly. Additionally, please diligently follow the product instructions provided on the packaging, especially for first-time use.

All allergic reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use, after which BeautyHarbour.lk will facilitate a refund or replacement with a suitable alternative.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site are provided by manufacturers or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding ingredient safety, please consult your doctor or reach out to us for further information.

Delivery charges for returns will not be covered by Beauty Harbour.lk.

04. Procedure for Handling Complaints:

Customers should inform our hotline or relevant merchant about the complaint, after which the merchant will escalate it to the customer care department for resolution.

In the event of insufficient replacement stock, a refund transfer will be arranged with customer agreement.

For electronic grooming products, customers must submit the warranty card for warranty claims.

Please be aware that the above policies are subject to change by the Management of BeautyHarbour.lk at any given time without prior notice to the customer.
